We are dedicated to offering innovative, indulgent and delicious pastries made with top quality ingredients. We blend traditional European & Nordic baking with modern flavours and Pastry technics, focusing on more conscious and eco-friendly products. Committed to sustainability, we also partner with domestic farms, European producers and companies to ensure some of our ingredients are organic, seasonal, and locally sourced.

Our mission is to revolutionize the Pastry experience by providing ARTISAN plant-based & more sustainable, ethical and options that honour mostly European & Nordic baking traditions while incorporating some contemporary baking techniques and flavours by the hand of a professional and experienced renowned Pastry chef, baker and book author. We aim to inspire a more
planet-friendly and sustainable lifestyle through our offerings.
Our pastry chef & co founder Ilse R. Pinner is a renowned vegan Pastry chef & book author living in Finland with more than 15 years of experience in the food industry. With a wide background including an extended BD in Gastronomy with a specialty in “Cultural diffusion & Gastronomic research”, a vocational degree in “Culinary arts & technology of the food industry”, several diplomas, courses and masterclasses from Mexico, UK, France, Finland and Spain including cooking, baking, Nutrition and Pastry arts. Her three awarded baking books are available worldwide & at our Pastry shop in Helsinki!
