We are in the VEGAN FOOD & LIVING Magazine !!!!!! There is a segment in this May issue for the “Perfect Vegan Afternoon Tea” including an extract of my VEGALICIOUS PASTRY COOKBOOK. Page 88-90 Check it out! We are so happy and grateful as this magazine is the most popular VEGAN magazine in the UK and second worldwide!!!! First 100% VEGAN Afternoon Tea Weekend at 5 stars hotel in Hki

Savoury creations by the Executive Chef Thomas Hudson (UK) and the pastries by me, all the sweet creations were based on the recipes from both of my books VEGALICIOUS PASTRY and VEGALICIOUS PASTRY 2. Books were also displayed, promoted and sold to customers during the event.

2022

In MAKU magazine (May edition). MAKU magazine is the most popular and biggest food magazine in Finland and it is distributed all over the country. It is the first time that Vegalicious Pastry is in a non-vegan magazine. So exciting!

Both of my VEGALICIOUS PASTRY books won the VEGAN CHOICE AWARD this year!!!!

After 5 exhausting years as the Pastry chef of a popular five stars hotel in Helsinki it is time for me to take a new challenge and explore different things… Good bye St. G and hello MAGU !!!
