Hi, I am a vegan Pastry chef living in Finland with more than 15 years of experience in the food industry. I also have a BD in Gastronomy with a specialty in “Cultural diffusion & Gastronomic research”, a vocational degree in “Culinary arts & technology of the food industry”, several diplomas, courses and masterclasses from Mexico, UK, France, Finland and Spain including cooking, baking, Nutrition and Pastry arts. Nowadays I mostly work in the Metropolitan area of Finland but I also provide consultant services around the globe. My third baking book is now available worldwide.
